Why can't Israelites be black?

All Israelites are black. Only Jews, such as the Ashkenazi Jews who are white
Please, don't mix the two groups, they are totally different, as precisely defined in this 1925 Jewish Encyclopedia article.

Oil was discovered in Nigeria in 1956 at Oloibiri in the Niger Delta after half a century of exploration. The discovery was made by Shell-BP, at the time the sole concessionaire.
